Below you will find links to our Student Group Programs packet, Scout Programs packet, and Adult Programs packet.
Bookings require a non-refundable deposit, and all reservations are final. Final group numbers must be confirmed and full payment received no later than ten (10) days prior to the tour or program date. Payment is processed online through an automatic invoice sent to the email address on file.
Once final numbers are confirmed, they may not be reduced. Additional guests beyond the confirmed number will be charged to the card on file. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations, reductions in group size, or no-shows.
Coastal Heritage Society reserves the right to cancel or modify any program, tour, or activity due to inclement weather or operational needs. In such cases, rescheduling or alternate options may be offered when possible.
